I am thinking to write up about the class of Negotiation Analysis.
このクラスは、その名の通りネゴのテクニックを学習するクラスです。
それらのテクニックですが、
This class, as the name suggests, is to study negotiation techniques.

等々、いろいろあるのです。上記の場合はどちらかというと、Seller側
（購買にもなりえる、例えばいくつかの商社が同じ製品を入札する際、とか）
English Auctionは、よくテレビとか映画で見る、

な、なんてことでしょう。この数日、体重増加プログラムのため、いつも以上に食べるように務めていたのに、ついつい中国人のクラスメートに誘われて、バスケのトーナメントに参加してしまった。このトーナメント、総当たり戦で一日で4試合、しかも1試合40分。。。ちなみに、
How horrible...in past few days, I was eating more than as a part of my "Super Weight Gaining Project"...there was impromptu invitation for this chinese basketball tournament, asked to help out by my good chinese friend, I played with them. 4 games in a half day, with 40 min per game!!! on top...

There was a cafe in that gym, but no time...
しかも、行きは車だったのに、帰りはドライバーが用があるとかで、電車。
In addition, we went to the gym in Antowarp by car, but the return was by TRAIN coz the driver had to go somewhere.
あと、僕の友達以外、英語はなせず。フランス語できるけど、僕できず。
And, almost noone spoke English, only French (and mine sucks) or Chinese, except my friend.
チャイニーズプレーヤーズはとってもフィジカルなのですが、あまり怒らない。
おいおい、それは日本人でも怒るだろ、ってプレイでも冷静沈着。感心しました。
What I found about chinese playes was that they are very, very physical! But surprisingly, nobody gets really upset, or get into fight. Even Japanese would get pissed and start fighting with those hard fouls...I was impressed with their patience.
しかし、どうでもいいけど、体重増やさないと、ただでさえ若く見られるのに、
15歳くらいにみられそうだから、がんばらないと。
Anyway, I must gain weight...I look young enough already. But with this weight,
I look like 15.
周りの皆さん心配してくれて、いつも僕をもっと食べさせようと気を使ってくれる
のです。

これ、まじでしゃれになりません。60kg割ったのは、18歳のときにイギリスに短期留学に行ったとき以来。あの時は本当に食べるものがなく、（だってイギリスだし）、しかもよく歩いたためだったのですが、今回も似たようなもの？
This is not too funny really...I am as light as when I was 18 years old, when I went to England for short language exchange program. That time, I really didnt have much to eat (coz its England, you know...), and walked alot. So I guess this time is a bit similar case?
まあ、いたって健康なので、（口内炎にいま苦しめられていますが。。。）、いいでしょう。でも、これ以上やせると、子供みたいな見た目になるから、気をつけます。
Well, I am pretty healthy, (stomatitis is hurting me tho...), so it should be alright. But anymore weight loss will make me look like teenager, so Im on weight gaining program now.

インターン、クラス、プロジェクトと大忙し（いつもですが・・・）の今期ですが、今回は選択のひとつで個人的に興味深いクラスを取っています。

それは、Non-Profit Management、翻訳は非営利経営でいいのかな？今まで、NPOとNGOの違いすら分かっていなかった僕としては、やはりお金儲けの勉強ばかりでなく、社会のためになる勉強もしなければ！（←ほんとだって！）と使命に燃え、危うく人数が足りなくてクラスがキャンセルになりそうになりながらも、クラスメートを勧誘しめでたくスタート。
It is Non-Profit Management. As until this class, I didnt even know the difference betweek NPO and NGO, I am so motivated to study something other than activities of profit making to bring back good to the society (yes! honestly!!) Going over the crisis of possible class cancellation due to lack of students, (I recruited a few more fellow classmates!!) the class began successfully.
あ、ちなみにNPOがNon Profit Organization（非営利団体）で、NGOがNon Governmental Organization（非政府組織）。大きな違いは・・・う、よく分かってない・・・
Oh by the way, NPO is Non Profit Organizations, and NGO is Non Governmental Organizations. The differences are...ah, uh, well, Ill get back to you on that.
まあ、とにかく、このクラスの面白いところは、実際にブルッセルで活動しているNPOと一緒にクラスを受け、彼らのプロジェクトに貢献する、たとえば、資金戦略やマーケティング、経営戦略等々ですね。
Anyway, the interesting part of this class is to have class with real NPOs, and work on a project to help them build strategies such as fund rasing, marketing campaign, organizational strategy etc.
僕の担当しているNPOはTrans-Mission、企業家を目指す青年達を、様々な方法でサポートする団体です。僕のミッションは、彼らのKPIを、質的観点から構築することです。これがまた、それなりに大きな団体で、組織もそれなりに複雑なので、どーしようかなー、と思っているところです。
My NPO is called Trans-Mission, an organization that helps youngstars who want to start entrepreneurship of their own with variety of tools and supports. My mission is to build KPI in qualitative way to measure volunteers' motivations. It is fairly big organization hence structure is relatively complex, so I am going to have to work hard on this one!!
締め切りは4月末。インターンシップの中間もテストもあるし、どうなることやら。
Deadline is at the end of April. I will have mid-term for IBFP as well as exams...hope I will be able to manage it!.
